Wine of France
Deep color of intense purplish red. The nose is complex and aromatic. We can distinguish notes of blackberries, prunes, pepper, caffeine and tobacco leaves. The attack in mouth is frank and dense, the tannins are melted. The final is long and complete.
Serve at 17 degrees.
WINE PAIRING :
This wine of a nice structure would be very well accompanied by a roast of veal and juice reduction with its fresh truffle pan and seasonal vegetables.

WINEGROWING AND WINE MAKING :
The variety Petit Verdot is planted in the vineyard of the Domaine de Lauzières since 1995 on 7,5 hectares. Assembled with the Grenache Noir, the maturing is done in ovoid tanks on fine lees for 36 months.
GRAPE VARIETY :
80% Petit Verdot, 20 % Grenache Noir.
