WINE OF FRANCE

TASTING :

Deep color of a strong garnet red. The nose is complex with notes of blackberries, cocoa, tobacco leaves and a touch of menthol. The attack in mouth is ample, the tannins are melted and supples. The final express itself with length and elegance.

WINE PAIRING :

Yhis wine all in balance will be a good match with some cutllets and pommes dauphines with "Provence grass".

Serve at 16 degrees.

WINEGROWING AND WINEMAIKING :

The variety Petit Verdot is planted in the vineyard of the Domaine de Lauzières since 1995 on 7,5 hectares. Assembled with the Grenache Noir, the maturing is done in ovoid tanks on fines lees for 36 months.

GRAPE VARIETY :

80% Petit Verdot, 20 % Grenache Noir.
