PGI Les Alpilles
The colour is yellow pâle, brillant and limpid.
The nose is discreet and elegant. It plays on aromas of citronella, linden-tree flowers and also some bush-peach.
The attack in mouth is franck with a beautiful roundness, marqued by some aromas of almond. He has a great nervosity, wish giving freshness and a good balance. At the end there is a mineral tip.
Wine pairing :
This wine will be nice with a sole meuniere or seafruits.
Serve it at 12 degrees.
Viticulture and Vinification :
Planted in 1960, the Grenache Blanc is an old vine of 58 years. Grapes are pruned short in « gobelet ». The ClairetteIs are planted since 2000 and cultivated in « Lyre ».
The harvest is manually made during the night.
The fermentation is made with natural yeast. Maturing in amphore (ovale tank) for 24 months.
