Bright yellow color with straw reflections. A fine and complex nose with notes of white peach and citrus. In mouth the attack is frank, we notice a nice amplitude and a persistent and mineral finish.
WINE PAIRING :
This wine will make a happy marriage with a sole fish tartare.
Serve at 14 degrees.
WINEGROWING AND WINEMAKING :
Planted in 1960, the Grenache Blanc is cultivated in "gobelet" on a clay and limestone soil. The Clairette is cultivated in "Lyre". Harvested manually at night. Pressurized in wole grapes, decanted by cooling, fermentation with natural yeast. Maturing in egg-shaped tanks for 18 months.
