PDOs Les Baux de Provence
Wine in peach pink color. The nose is expressive and complex, with notes of exotic fruit. After aeration, a beautiful aromatic palette is revealed. The attack on the palate is fresh. All in balance, this wine is generous. It shows a beautiful amplitude in the mouth and a rather long finish, giving you the desire to enjoy an extra sip.
WINE PAIRING :
Fresh and fruity, it matches well with « petits farcis à la provençale » or a cooked with olive oil and seasonal vegetables.
Serve at 14 degrees.
WINEGROWING AND WINEMAKING:
The vines are pruned short in « gobelet » on a clay and limestone soil. Harvested manually at nigth. After destemming and crushing the grape is pressurized by its own weigt. This drip juice is decanted only by cooling. Fermentation with natural yeast.
