Tasting :

Light yellow with a clear col.

The nose is discreet but refined. Aromas of grapefruit, slightly musky.

On the palate the attack is frank and the wine enjoys a beautiful roundness. He plays on notes of fennel, lime and white nectarines. It has fat and scale, the balance is there.

It ends with a mineral tip that stretches on the finish with a nice length in the mouth.

 

Wine pairing :

This wine will be nice with a sole meuniere or seafruits.

Serve it at 12 degrees.

 

Grape variety :

75 % Grenache whites, 25 % Clairette

 

Viticulture and Vinification :

Planted in 1960, the grenache whites is an old vine of 59 years. Grapes are pruned short in « gobelet ». The Clairette are planted since 2000 and cultivated in « Lyre ».

The harvest is handmade during the night.

The fermentation is made with natural yeast. Maturing in amphore (ovale tank) for 24 months.
