Tasting :

This wine has a ruby colour and it’s limpid.

In this delicate and spicy nose, we can find some notes of pepper, liquorice, clove, and prune.

The mouth is silky, spicy, with a beautiful length. The tannins are mellow.

This mourvèdre is atypical with his freshness all in finesse to keep the aromas.

Its guard potential is about 15 years.

Serve it at 16 degrees.


Wine pairing :

Lamb roast with seasonal vegetables cooked with olive oil.


Viticulture and Vinification :

Planted in 1993, The mourvèdre is cultivated in « lyre » on 2 hectares.

The harvest is handmade and done during the night. After, grapes are destemed and pressed with the whole berry and natural yeast. Maturing during 48 months in stainless steel tank.
